A "verbal agreement" is meaningless. You need to prove to a judge that the children would be better off in your care than they are in his.And in order to prove to a judge that that's true - it has to *be* true. So ask yourself: is it? Would your kids really be better off being uprooted from their home and forced to move in with you? Or is it just that *you* want them there? MrItty 26 months ago
