To create a long story short my partner and i separate he moved to a different state i was raising my kids for 4 years with out a cent from him, nearly 3 years before i let them go visit him because he was expecting so he filed for divorce within one-month of my kids being there, he offered the court a phony address and never informed me he filed, his partner called me 2 days before the court day to inform me because she felt terrible, but I'd virtually no time and insufficient cash to make it to the judge times, I'd no cash to obtain a lawyer, now, my kids were legal residents of california state, and i realize that in wa you've to reside here for six months before you can file for custody or anything, and i attempted to obtain nthey could not help me as the divorce was filed in indiana, indiana woulnd not help me becaue i wasn't a citizen, now since my kids were residents of wa when it was filed and it was filed under fake info is not there anything i can do?
