The new one he opened is under his name only. I have three kids that live in my house and he moved out and thinks he can allocate money to us however he seems fit. I've been a stay at home mom for over twenty years and now he wants me to go out and get a job and support three kids. Is he breaking any laws/rules of marriage. We live in Texas so all the money is community property.
