On the pets part of the lease he wrote, "one dog outside, 2nd on park property. No where does it say nor did he write, no indoor pets. He verbally stated that just meant he didn't want the grass dying from all the dog urine so the other one had to be walked up to the park office.
Now, things have changed because he has a personal disliking for me. His mother co owner of the property said the lease specifically states the above^^ and it's breach of lease if we have them in the house from now on. Mind you he made me buy two kennels for inside the house so that when we left the house they didn't destroy anything. So we did.
Can he legally have me evicted for abiding the lease and he's being slick and saying it meant otherwise? It doesn't say no indoor pets, so common sense tells me I'm right but y'all aughta know there are shady *** landlords that pull the dumbest crap.
Thanks in advance!!

Where does it state in your lease that pets are allowed in the unit??? Sorry, but your wrong. Your lease clearly states that 2 outdoor pets are allowed.

There are MANY things which are not allowed in or on rental property. The lease need not state each of those restrictions (otherwise it would be twenty pages long). Rather, the lease must permit one or more situations which ARE allowed. Since your lease clearly addresses outdoor pets only, the legal assumption is that indoor pets are NOT allowed.
