Ncp In Violation Of Decree Conditions...

Ncp In Violation Of Decree Conditions...

Postby Rutherford » Wed Jan 22, 2014 6:25 pm

Hi, from Florida. I've a couple of questions. 1. Father is in breach of the Ownership and Access Order. (Is the just like a Custody Decree?). What should/may I do? I could provide a listing if I need certainly to. 2. Father isn't paying child-support the way in which he's designed to (Expl:I'm fortunate to have any financial help from him in the raising of our kids. Weeks might pass before I get just $70) but at exactly the same time, he's having a tough time economically together with his work. Nevertheless, he's remarried this past year and has that second supply of earnings to his home. What should/may I do? 3. May Father get child-support decreased due to his economic difficulty/standing? If that's the case, how is that helping me in the support of raising our children, or in the very best interest of the children, being that I actually do have no support from him (with the exclusion of the sporadic perhaps $70)? Thanks for the guidance/path.

What is "Limited Access", when doing a modification of the Possession of Access Order? I mean, what consists of Limited Access?
