Need a good malpractice attorney ?

Google, malpractice lawyer, and add the state where you live. You should get many hits.

Then call one up, make an appointment to see if you have a malpractice suit or not. Most lawyers will give you 1 free consult. If you case is winnable, they will want you to sign an agreement to represent you. Most work on "contingency", meaning if you win, they get paid, and if you lose, they get nothing. But if a lawyer believes you will not win, then you will know this is not a winnable case.

good luck
