Need advice : will she marry him now r not?

We are from South India. He is a Doctor working in a government hospital as an anathesian. While he was doing his post graduation he was married to a girl from London.It was an arranged marriage by both of their parents and family. After their marriage, she was with him India for 3 months. She got pregnant so she went to see her mom in London and delivered a male child there. Her family settled at London long back so they asked him to come with them. He also went there after completing his studies, but due to some reason he was unable to get a job there. Meanwhile he got government job in India so he return to India. But she refused to come along with him. After an year he sent notice through the court asking his conjugal rights and asked her to come and live with him, but she replied through her lawyer Indian law can not do anything with her since she is a UK citizen. He tried to console her through phone and through relatives but she is not responding. After two years struggle he filed for divorce in court, now its almost an year or so but she is not giving divorce to him. Everytime when the court give time for her to appear she appeal something in the last day. The case is going on and on.

My doubt is, His parents are asking my friend to marry him. My friend is 31yrs now and she is divorcee. her parents are also willing to remarry her. In this case that guys parents are forcing my friend to marry him saying that that london girl wont come here, the divorce case will take long time to finish. But my friend and her parents are not willing to do marriage before the divorce.

My friend is already 31 and she is a very good lady and great human. If she marry this man what are all the problems will occur in future? why she and her parents are hesitating to do marriage before his divorce? will she marry him or not??

pls friends, suggest your views and ideas. I know my english is terrible.. but pls help with your advice

No, she should not marry him unless the divorce has been finalized. Again, from perspective of Indian Law, a second marriage is illegal... null and void... even if the first marriage has happened outside India.
Tell your friend, please don't get into the trap, just because her parents feel she should get married again, due to social pressures or whatever reason... she has already been divorced once, if she gets into this illegal marriage, she will suffer all the pain... If she wishes to marry, she can find another groom through matrimony portals..

I think it is wrong for people to get married to someone when they are already married to someone else. To me, that is like being cheated on. I think she should not marry him.

The Dr. Can mary the second girl. Here also the same law of UK wont do nothing with the Dr.(that means the UK lady cant do anything through UK court)

Dear friend, have no doubt whatsoever in your mind and do tell this to the parents of your friend and the parents of this guy that this marriage will not be legal unless that guy gets divorce from court … since he is still officially married to that girl in London he cannot marry any other girl, if he does then that marriage will not be considered as legal and if that girl found out she can file a huge huge case in court against this guy and as she said she is a UK citizen that case will be taken very seriously and this guy could be put behind bars …
