News of Defamation Law

Under U.S. law, in order to be guilty of libel against a public figure or once public figure ( i.e. the FSM), a publication must be shown to have knowingly, or with reckless regard for the truth, disseminated facts that were false and defamatory.

Don't you think if the Gospel of the FSM is against that law, it would be ban from selling on the market?
