Having looked at this law, and comparing it with the current federal guidelines about dealing with illegal immigrants, I found that the two laws aren't that much different. In fact, the state one simply applies a misdemeanor offense to the already standing federal law, and forces officers to enforce it.

In part it states:

“where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States.”

They all are having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for their unconstitutional local enforcement of immigration policy. Now all of Arizona and Fremont, Nebraska will follow suit. They will try to enforce a federal responsibility at the local level, it will be tossed or indefinately prevented from being enforced, cost them hundreds of thousands in legal fees and lost civil rights violation cases.
