Why did Hatch and others in the GOP support the individual mandate in 1993?

What are thesis statements I can use for my research paper about connection b/w doctors & medical malpractice?

I'm taking college comp in high school, it's awful. I chose my research topic because my mom has become handicapped and has ongoing suffering because of the work of a crap doctor, totally screwing up her back and nerves. But the thing is, this doctor has done this before. He's paralyzed a mom of 4 kids, and recently killed a patient. He's been around the nearby hospital since the mid 1990's, but after the death ...

I am receiving a check for $200 thousand dollars for a medical malpractice settlement of my mother's death. While I know that the money is not taxable to me, I wanted 50 thousand to go to the grandchild. The estate lawyer was selfish in not doing the paperwork properly, and now all the money is coming to me. So my question is; how do I transfer 50 thousand to my daughter without having to report ...

Tort reform supporters, why does Texas have the one of the highest medical costs in the nation?

Texas is one of a few states that tried medical malpractice reform, and they still have hugely more expensive health care costs than all northeastern states. Why has it failed them?

And why aren't you pushing for a private market solution? Why in this case is legal reform necessary when you believe it is the cause of all evils in all other cases?

Medical malpractice is dismissed due to statute of limitations does this imply that the defendant exonerated?

No - the defendant is not "exonerated" (meaning adjudged that they "did not commit" malpractice). The issue is merely not "adjudicated" (meaning they are not going to consider the issue because it was filed too long after you knew about it / should have filed).

Attorneys: What steps for a Kaiser arbitration by self?

What are the legal steps I could do -to be a self attorney for my own case, regarding on an Arbitration of a Medical Malpractice case? Attorneys don't want to take my case anymore and I don't want them to get away with negligence over and over to any other patients. Could not find any Pro Bono either. Everyone in town is afraid of this health provider. Perhaps they bribe well. Thx. CBN
