Situation -
National Homeowner spouse gets to Airport in Belize with her Authorized Resident Alien Green Card-Holding German spouse. He's had his Authorized Residency proven since 1972.
Upon sign in - they recognize he quit THEIR natural card to the top hallway desk just before leaving due to their honeymoon.
What's regulations that will permit - for instance JUST - United Airlines Ticket Broker/Sign In Broker in Belize City to reject the spouse boarding the airplane?
Per Houston CBP - For Instance - Flight was incorrect. Their CLIENT had Social Security Card, a duplicate of his Green Card, US driver's license, evidence of work, library card, marriage license, etc. etc. He shouldn't have now been refused passage.
He must have been permitted to the trip, Prepared through Deferred Assessments at the Airport - and they'd have fined/gathered $520 from him and advised him to not get it done again.
There's a rest along the way program. I plan to follow-up with all the Consulate in Belize and the Airline we flew - but attempting to realize why a worker of the company thought they'd legal power to do something on CBP's account?
