Hello Shannon,

A general question on how I can use a trademarked term in the title of a book.  XX is a trademarked term.  I have been certified as a XX practitioner.  The title of my book is "A XX practioner's tips for ..."

Off hand, I think this is legitimate.  What do you think?  Can you point me to any resources where I can read up on this?

Property Inside An Impounded Vehicle

My car was impounded in Eugene Oregon and I was arrested at the same time.  When I was released from jail I contacted the tow company to retrieve my property that was in the car.  The tow company told me that they wouldn't let me retrieve my property until I either signed over the title to the car or paid them 150 dollars.  Can they do that, it seems like robbery to me?

Texas Surface Rights - Ingress/egress Waiver

I have a questions regarding surface ingress and egress we are looking to buy additional land in Texas(112.36 acres) and the Seller who has told us that they own 50% of the Mineral Rights but not willing to sell Mineral Right but has agreed to wavier their surface ingress & egress rights.

Looking For A Book About 2 Children (hispanic?), Abandoned By Their Family, Trying To Survive In An Abandoned Apt.

I remember that they had enough money to buy old bananas. I also remember that they had acquired some type of stove or oven that was being thrown out and they used this to cook food. They lived above this little market area in an abandoned apartment room. The book was circa late 80's I believe.
