Predatory Lending

I've lately discvoered that I'm a target of predatory lending. I'm seeking data--perhaps those who have been thru an identical procedure, suggestions about foreclosures, is there any legitimate motion or class-action matches have to be conscious of...etc...Evidently my mortgage/situation is quite poor.
