Yes. Outstanding summary. Lets not forget the many vacations either. From the list above I would presume that his wife is finally "proud" of her country.

The closest competitor is Buchanan, who declared war on a state of the Union.

He was the president just before Lincoln. Look what Lincoln "inherited..."

Buchanan was a DEMOCRAT.
