? On What Would Be Covered

hello,

That's not your problem that the insurance company will pay only $2K. I do not obviously know all the details, but they do not represent you and are trying to get away with scamming you. In the event that is the max limit as per the insured's policy, you should have recourse to sue him as well.

I know some compitent attorneys in various states. If you write me private email at [email protected] , I might be able to refer one.

Don't screw around here. Get an attorney to represent you! Most work off a contingency and you don't have to pay up front.

The attorney may consider pain and suffering, lack of consortium or whatever.

Good Luck!
