Opinions about sister in law?

I can't understand what seem to be wrong with my sister in law. Whenever she will notice or she will hear that i am doing,she will do it also. When she heard i was giving someone in her family things,she will start giving them things also.When she knows that i am sending messages regularly to an in law, she will start sending messages also when she ignored them earlier.

why is she being this way?.It is obvious that she is the "little baby" of their family.but why does she has to do this :/.she is twenty years old.
