Orthodontist is being so sketchy! what should I do..(Long story)?

I am on the 8th tray of my 36 sets of invisalign trays. I was shown the Clincheck video AFTER I signed the paper finalizing the payment plans. After I saw the Clincheck, I realized that I absolutely did not agree with the course of action they were going to take with my teeth.

First of all I want to say that the reason why I wanted braces was to improve the overall aesthetics of my teeth so that I could be more confident in my smile. But, after watching the Clincheck it was very clear that my teeth midline would be way off. about 3mm to the right off. The midline of the lower half my teeth have always been about 2mm off to right but they were going to move it about 1mm more to the right. They were then going to align the midline of my top teeth to the midline of my bottom half. My teeth were bound to end up pivoted to the right, with the midline not even close to where it should be. When I raised this as a concern, they sounded very flustered and annoyed and told me that it had to be done in order to correct my bite. They told me not to worry so much, that the Clincheck video was completely incorrect (therefore irelevant), that I should trust them and not to worry because my midline WOULD end up COMPLETELY in the perfect center. This statement was very inconsistent with the one I had been told before I raised this as a concern, which was told to me by the orthodontist herself, that my lower midline would move a teensy eensy 1/8 of an inch to the right.

as my mother and I became more suspicious by their sketchy attitude, I made an appointment with them and they sat us down with the treatment coordinator. At first the woman told me to tell her what my concerns were. But before I was even done my sentence of explaining what my concern was, she started telling me, but mostly my mother (she is the financier) not to worry and that I just needed to give them more time. She kept telling me that the bottom midline of my teeth were in the center and that I was looking at it wrong. When I tried to prove that the midline of my bottom teeth was off to begin with by saying that I would show her a picture of the frontal view of my face/teeth, the woman laughed/scoffed at me...!!!!Having researched that midlines are incredibly time consuming and difficult to correct, I firmly told them that I would be VERY upset if my mindline was off. After this was said they started telling me nonchalantly that they could get me a new set of trays, that this was a mid way correction, and that this happened all the time. They didn't seem upset at all, although they were very impolite and short with me, just up until this point.

They told me that because of my new requirements (of wanting a centered midline..!!!) that they couldn't fix my bite anymore. They also told me that my overjet would have to be compromised and that the space between my top row teeth and bottom row teeth would remain the way they were.

going through with this treatment with them was looking more and more bleak. However already having paid about $3000, I realized that it would be too costly to terminate the treatment and go to a different orthodontist. So I called and asked the treatment coordinator if I could possibly switch to Damon braces, because I saw on their website that they carried damon braces. She then told me that they didn't have damon braces..!!!!! She proceeded to tell me that although they don't have damon braces, they had traditional braces and that if I paid $1000 I could switch to those. I asked her if she was sure that they didn't have damon braces because their website showed that they had them. Then she told me that she wasn't even sure what Damon braces were. Then she proceeded to say that their traditional braces were completely identical to damon braces, except for the brackets. Then I asked her if their traditional braces used the patented, state of the art metal that took the form of its previous state. And she confirmed that yes indeed it did...!!!! I knew right away that this was a lie because I went through their website gallery and they used expanders and Damon braces don't require expanders.

Having been fed up with all of the disrespect and.. well blatantly put... sneakiness, I asked them what the cost would be to terminate the treatment with them. She said she wasn't sure how much it would be but that she would ask their orthodontist. Which at the end of the conversation she confirmed that the minimum fee would be $2500 and that she wasn't sure if there would be any additional costs.

I just went to their website right now and it seems that they even changed their website so that it no longer said they carried Damon braces.

I am fed up with their.. I'm just gonna say it... BS!!! What should I do?
