Pass a hair drug test for weed with having long hair?

First off let me start off with I only need useful advise. I don't need to hear people tell me oh its illegal and you shouldn't have done it in the first place, that's not why I'm coming on here. For that I could have just went to my mom. I'm not trying to sound rude and all but I've seen other people post questions on this topic and there are all these people with useless answers like they know your life story. So please don't.

Now that I'm past that I need help from all you marijuana smoking people.
Let me tell you about myself first. I am a female. I am 5'2 and weigh about 108 Ibs. I have dark brown hair that is approximately 16' long. I am half Mexican if that has anything to do with anything because I've heard before that for some reason Latino people having a higher chemical level in their hair and have tested positive on drug test even without doing any drugs but not the point.

My father in-law works for an insurance company and they have an open position there he is going to try to get me in. I haven't went and talked to anyone or have gotten the job or anything yet but I know 100% they are doing a hair test.

I stopped smoking at the end of jan. 2012. I hadn't smoked until 3 weeks ago when I smoked a single bowl pack and haven't smoked since. Before January I smoked for about 3 months maybe 2-3 times a week. I'm not smoking anymore due to the fact I need to get a good job and go back to school again.

Anyways does anyone know how to pass a hair drug test??? Again don't tell me there is no way to do so because there is a way to get around everything. Also don't tell me about all the things you can buy from online or head shops that are 200% guaranteed to work because their lying, it doesn't work. I've done a lot of research online and the one thing that keeps coming up is the Macujo method. Has anyone personally done this or no someone who has and passed?

Also I've heard some things about using bleach...now I have dark brown hair is that going to take the color out of my hair?

Please let me know some of the things you all have tried or know someone who has tried...
