Patent Assistance Worldwide

hello,

I recently wanted to pursue an idea. Googled the internet and came accross a company called "patent assitance worldwide". I first was not suspicious at all, but then after a bit more research online, I realized some red flags are popping up(increasing amount of money, located in FL.... etc). Are those people ligit or should I shy away from it?
