No.  No breaks could be produced from a worker's salary for points for example damage, stock scarcity, money brief problems, etc.  Within The food business they are able to create breaks for foods and outfits if that's incorporated included in the wage.  A criticism towards the state labor department. Could be so as, however it is extremely probable your company might retaliate in some manner that might be problematic for one to prove.  Pennsylvania is definitely an "at-will" condition, meaning your company may fire you for something or nothing.
