Permanent resident W/O verification wants divorce and full child custody?

husband is a citizen,work is slow and wants to work in an opportunity out of state for a while to better provide for family! Wife is not a citizen and says if she does not love and hates him,will divorce and take child.Wife has 2 other girls from previous marriage with shared custody.Ex husband does not pay child support.What are laws or options present husband has
