Personal Injury Claim-can I take them straight to court?

Postby luther » Sun Jun 17, 2012 5:17 pm

I had a slipping accident in a supermarket which lead me to have a knee operation and really turned my life upside down, but the three personal injury law companies I went to just refused to take the next step as the supermarket denied liability as they regularly clean their premises etc.

I was wondering, would I be able to take this supermarket straight to court by myself? What would the proceedings be for this? Would I have to have a solicitor representing me?

I'd appreciate any info on this please. Thanks.

Sure you can, but the fact that 3 different ambulance chasers turned you down, should be a pretty good indicator that you have no case.

And them regularly cleaning DOES in fact make a difference, as it shows that they are not negligent, one of the key things you have to prove to win your case.
