Possible job termination? confused?

Wens at work a older woman hit me with the back end of her car. after she greatly apologized i told her i was fine and to have a nice day. thursday morning i felt stinging in my leg and noticed my leg was scrapped up and really bruised. since i had to work that day i showed my manager, when he asked what happened i told him and he got upset that i did not make an accident report when it happened. i told him i was unaware of accident reports since we did not go over it in training and i have never been in this situation. he immediately had a co worker take me to the company doctors office. they wrapped my leg, placed me on light duty and physically therapy for a month. they also perscribed me trqmadol and ibupropen for pain and inflammation. since thurs i had been experiencing severe itching everywhere and unable to sleep. since i had work sat morning and my managers were not in i went up there and spoke to one of my lead clerks. he told me to go homeand make an appointment because im havig a allergic reacion. so i left and called the doctors office but my doctor would not be in till mon. becoming desperate i called my bfs mom who is a nurse and went over so she could take a look. later on that night they rushed me to the ER since the itching got worse. doctors there told me the doctors should have told me the side effects of the tramadol and if i would have waited till mon to see my doctor i could have experienced more side effects that were deadly. they gave me benedryl and some cream to help with the itching till mon. my question is can my job fire me since my lead clerk sent me home? We get points when we call in or leave early. i have 11points fromm another incident involvig my stomach. we can have not mpre than 9 points in 3months or 12 in a year. i told my lead clerk all this but he sqid it was ok and to leave. he also told me they do not see the accident in the video and the assistant manaer believes im tryig to get compensation and i dont even know what that is. im just so confused and regret telling them anything about my injury. what can i do?

If you were sent home then they cant terminate you. The compensation is workmans comp. Where an accident happens at work and you still get paid, less than your normal salary but still something.

you cant hide your injury , maybe you'll have better luck than i did and they'll let you stay, i lost my job cause of several surgeries, hope you have better luck than i do, it might be illegal for them to fire you

Don't worry you should be fine. If you can get compensation than that's great, go for it!

If you've only been there two months you're probably on probation. If they want to they can claim you are lying abut your injury to get free medical and wages and you can't prove them wrong. They can then fire you easily witout breaking any laws.
