this is for uk only

if i roder from online sites dvds etc and i order as an expample £8 and on release of film hmv or other online retailer puts price up to £!4 is it legal for them to charge me the higher price

hmv and amazon etc both state if price is cheaper at release you will get it cheaper but dont state about if price is hgiher

2 times this yr it has happend with hmv the first case they refunded me the money

the latest one was today pre order says £8 but they have put it up to £!4

do i have a legal right to it being the price i ordered it at orf can they put it up to anything they wish and just take my money?
