5. Under his watch, Libya abandoned its nuclear ambitions
6. Under his watch, he corrected the North Korean problem without going to war
7. Under his watch, three Middle East Countries had democratic elections
8. He educated the west about radical Islamic fascism

Credit rating down graded, millions unemployed, his attack on corporations, his attempt in increasing taxes, trillions of dollars in dept, crushing hope and change for the worse. Obamacare, illegal military action, extended entitlement programs, high unemployment, 33% increased national debt in 3 years, emphasis on class warfare, wasted green energy funds and the list goes on.

Even if you approve of Bush and his actions, he had nowhere near the level of issues to contend with as other presidents, so you really can't compare to someone with a much more difficult and influential presidency (ex. Lincoln).
