The zoning can not be changed, once it is MHP in CA it is always MHP. Your trailer is not gonig anywhere.I live in a mobile home park where the owner is threatening to file for bankruptcy and sell to a foreign investor (to build hotels!). I'm in california, and I'm wondering if there are any laws that protect us and our homes. These things can't be moved, and would lose all their value if they were, anyway. Many of us still owe mortgages. Anyone with some legal knowledge here?
