Question about working in real estate as a rookie agent in NYC?

Postby colten » Thu Jun 28, 2012 6:01 pm

Hi,
I'm an African American male who has started working in real estate in NYC
I'm stuck with a lousy co. that has provided no 1 on 1 training or mentorship.
I'm currently looking for a company in NYC that can offer the following:
1 on 1 training
mentorship
ability to rent or sell property in all 5 boroughs
and
ability to sell property internationally

If anyone can steer me in the right direction or give me helpful advice, I would greatly appreciate...

Also, some companies are leery of taking rookie agents,
so I was wondering how do I network with agents in companies that are a fit for my talents?

selling prop is jurisdictional. YOU can't directly sell anywhere
outside NY UNLESS you seek and obtain a license in every state
where you want to WORK.

otherwise, you CO-BROKER outside of NY just as I co-broke
outside of AZ.

there is almost no need for 1 on one training.

email me and I will guide you further

so far, Prudential, Century 21 and one other [balloon firm]
deal internationally.
