Question related to the law?? Please help ASAP!!?

okay so my friend eli is 18. he has a little brother named caleb who is 14. caleb and eli got in trouble with the law back in november and since eli is 18 he got charged as an adult and got a couple months in jail then when he got out he got 5 years of probation. caleb just went to this detention center and got out a couple months later since he was a minor. they both get drug tested so they can't smoke weed or anything which is good cause it keeps them out of trouble but these past few weeks eli has been buying this fake marijuana stuff called "smoking dragon". it's pretty much spice and it gets you really high. you have to be 18 to buy it so eli has been buying it and him and caleb have both been smoking it. eli and calebs parents found a bunch of empty bottles of this stuff and a bong and a new bottle of it. their mom called calebs probation officer and told her all about it and caleb just got sent back to the detention center and he has a court date for tomorrow. eli isn't in any trouble with his parents or anything cause he is old enough and it is legal for him but my question is...can eli get in trouble for letting caleb smoke it too?? and if so...what do you think the punishment will be? we live in oregon. i don't know if that is a violation of his probation or what and if it is then he could get sent to jail for 10 days. please help! i'm really worried:(
