Receiving a citation for not having a drivers license?

Recently i was pulled over for speeding, i did not have a drivers license so they did not give me a speeding ticket but, did cite me for not having my license.Since i am a minor in the eyes of the Texas law my parents are going to have to go to court in a couple of days.My question is are they going to have to pay a fine?If so how much would the fine be? Will they be jailed if i were to drive and get caught again? Thank You

They will almost certainly have to pay a fine. I don't know if they'll have to go to jail if you do it again.

Your parents, or whoever owns the car that you were driving, will have their insurance rates go up, or the insurance company might drop them altogether. Also, you might not be able to get a driver's license for several more years, even if you were otherwise eligible.
