Sex Offenders Vs Drug Offenders?

Postby tanishia » Wed Aug 01, 2012 7:23 am

Many offenders of every kind are released "too soon" because there's no space or money to keep them in jail. The penal system doesn't work like it really should, and everybody knows that, too.

thy are both bad and shouldn't be accepted nor tolerated in public each class should stay in jail forever! but in my opinion at least the drug dealer isn't touching kids I mean that's just sooo effin sick it pisses me off that anyone can harm a child and take their innocence away thanks to some sick *** who in my opinion shouldnt be living that's just so evil I don't know how it crosses a persons mind to moleste or look at a child that way :/

Sex Offenders Vs Drug Offenders?

Sex offenders should have harsh penalties because they effected/affected another person. Drug "offenders" should be treated just like everyone else. They should be treated the same as people who drink alcohol or smoke tobacco.

I'm a big fan of chemical castration. For both sex offenders and drug offenders

Sex Offenders Vs Drug Offenders?

In some cases a sex offender could be wrongfully accused. For example, let's say an 18 year old has sex with his girlfriend of 15 (in most states that is illegal), even though they have been dating for a year and they decided it was right for them her mother decides to report him for sexual abuse. He has no way of getting out of this because she is technically still a minor. As far as I am concerned he is NOT a sex offender. I think each case, whether it be drug or sex related, needs to be evaluated on a more personal level.

Sex Offenders Vs Drug Offenders?

Nearly every drug offender who has spent time in prison has been arrested numerous times before ever spending 1 day in prison. Drug offenders are not victimless. Some years there are more children murdered by drug offenders in a single state, than there have been murdered by sex offenders period. If you think that when a drug offender introduces a young child to drugsz that it does not effect the child for the rest of his life negativly. Well then---. 99.9% of sex abuse victims do fine in life. Not nearly so for drugs.
