Should Christians call sodomy "love" if Jesus calls it "sexual immorality" and says it makes a man unclean?

Matt 15: 16 “Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them. 17 “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? 18 But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean.’ 19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. 20 These are what make a man ‘unclean’; but eating with unwashed hands does not make him ‘unclean.’”

Christians should not impose their beliefs onto any particular group, and should not use their religion as an excuse for bigotry.

Jesus never said "sexual immorality", he was referring to prostitution. Next time check your facts.

I don't think this quote is about sodomy... most of the blatantly homophobic rhetoric in the Bible is in Leviticus and Deuteronomy. Jesus is nothing like God.

I should've quoted Matt 15:20 to my mother so she'd let me eat dinner without washing my hands. But no, that would only work if she believed.

That verse says nothing about sodomy. Someone with an overactive imagination must have been looking for some evidence that Jesus was against homosexuality and had to wildly misinterpret a verse to get the result he wanted.

We should always speak the truth and not be intimidated by political correctness.

No we should not, sodomy is an unclean sexual act, Love is a selfless act of the giving of the goodness and goodwill that's in ones heart. Don't get it twisted...

Jesus upheld the integrity of the Law of Moses as a belief system both in Matthew 5:17-20 and in Luke 16:17.
Anyone who reads Leviticus chapters 18 and 20 must acknowledge Jesus certainly did not support homosexuality.

"But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean.’ "

And you spout so much bigotry and hate. I think most go under the "slander", "false testimony", and "evil thoughts" groupings.
