Should The United States Be Engaged In The Practice Of Rendition Or Extraordinary Rendition?

Postby Afiq » Fri Feb 07, 2014 11:18 am

Extraordinary rendition(and irregular rendition) describe the extrajudicial transfer of a person from one state to another, and the term Torture by proxy is used by some critics to describe extraordinary rendition by the United States, with regard to the alleged transfer of suspected terrorists to countries known to employ harsh interrogation techniques that may rise to the level of torture. Critics have alleged the use of torture has occurred with the knowledge or acquiescence of the United States. - Wikipedia

Should The United States Be Engaged In The Practice Of Rendition Or Extraordinary Rendition?

But only after a legal investigation(see USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T ACT for details) has been conducted to verify at least one(1) of the following criteria has been met:   1)The suspect is suspected of something.   2) The suspect has an "Arabic-sounding" name.   3) The suspect is not a Christian.   4) The suspect is not Caucasian.   5) The suspect has a foreign accent.   6) The suspect is not a Republican.   and 7) the most common insidiously clever trick of the suspected whatever:   He continues to insist he has no idea what the interrogator is referring to.   Once  any one of these has been established, a True American Patriot can proceed to extract information by any means necessary, preferably on foreign soil to avoid those annoying "civil rights" advocates.....

Of course.... Should The United States Be Engaged In The Practice Of Rendition Or Extraordinary Rendition?

Postby Edsel » Thu Feb 13, 2014 10:44 am

No. Not if we care anything about the historical values of our country and the precepts it was founded upon.  This type of thing was one of the grievances against King George III listed in the Declaration of Independence.  This is the type of thing that the United States always cited as human a rights violation, up until now.  We used to be better than this.  Government leaders have started talking about the US being a Christian nation(which goes against the Constitution and very well established legal precedent).  Assuming that other people believe this, what are we teaching the world about Christianity with this practice?  What are we teaching our children?
