Currently, there are "death panels" because the people who need insurance the most are being denied coverage. Pres. Obama's plan will eliminate these death panels.

Some Americans Are Worried About "government Death Panels." Why Was Nothing Ever Done About The Insurance Companies'

Such was publicized, and this "law" is supposedly written to address such things. Tho I can only think that such laws were written a very long time ago "for such a time as this" because one doesn't get a 1,000 page, or even 800 page law written that quickly. The question everyone is haggling over is whether this "law" does fix that problem. With the calls to vote on before it can be read, I'd suspect not. I needed two weeks just to read Gone With the Wind.   Read the article.
