Spanish Laws about Au Pairs?

I'm thinking about becoming an au pair where I am required to work 30-35 hours per week. However, the family state that they will only pay 70 Euros per month in pocket money. And I thought that legally they had to pay 60-70 Euros per week in pocket money.

Is there any accessible online legislation to clear this up?
