Sporadic Child-Support

Sporadic Child-Support

Postby Pierce » Fri Jan 31, 2014 11:23 am

My issue requires child-support within the State-Of: Kansas
What types of appropriate solutions can be found to somebody within the following scenario:
Mom has 2 kids by various men. Dad A has determined assistance of 450 per month, the mom determined was to large and transformed to 200 per month via a court hearing on her behalf own agreement. Dad W includes a determined assistance payment of 500 monthly, nevertheless the mom doesn't need lower Dad W's payment similarly or whatsoever.
So ostensibly in my experience this suggests that Kid 1 whose dad is spending 200 bucks per month is cheaper to boost than Kid 2. While both Kids are comparable in age, health, requirements, etc. Neither attend day-care, both eat, drink, sleeping together underneath the same top. Mom gives no rent, or resources, as she lives with her parents. She gathers food stamps and medical protection for your kids when both are protected under their dad's guidelines...
So anyhow, may Dad 2 do something to possess option in this case? I understand CS relies on the revenue of both events, nevertheless, in the event where in actuality the mom actively reduces the responsibility on one dad appears uncertain in my experience. Any guidance could be significantly appreciated.

Inconsistent Child Support

Postby Camey » Sat Feb 08, 2014 4:12 am

Hello,
No and listed here is why.
To start the procedure, you'll need certainly to pettition family court to get a 'support modification. The court will evaluate your request and if you don't display extrodinairy conditions away from control, the court will refuse your request. Simply because the CP decreased service responsibilities in another situation ain't likely to reduce it.
Best of luck!
