Surveillance drones? Isn't that considered invasion of privacy if they happen to be over private property?

Postby coinleain » Tue Mar 06, 2012 5:40 am

I live in a nice place out in a wooded area and every night for the past 2 years there have been a couple of drones flying around my home and staying there for several hours. Doesn't this sort of violate the right to privacy, and what about the fourth amendment of the Constitution? Don't the use of drones over private property violate the fourth Amendment to the Constitution? I don't know about anyone else, but I'm getting a little concerned about this administration.
