Suspension From Work

Postby Auberon » Sat Jun 07, 2014 10:33 pm

The federal labor law says only that you must be paid for the time you spend working.  Time that is not work time includes this suspension.  I suggest you seek the help of a qualifies labor and employment lawyer before you sign anything.  I would also suggest you visit: www.dol.gov/esa/whd to learn about the federal rights you do have and to visit: www.firstgov.gov to see what if any state laws can help you.
