Table Warrant For Driving With No License

Postby Wicasa » Sun Mar 30, 2014 12:29 pm

i used-to live-in wisconsin. anyways, i was trapped for driving without a permit 2nd crime, this was still an open situation and i asked my lawyer if it was ok for me to maneuver to iowa to reside in with my fiance. and when it comes to proven fact that he stated he can work this situation without me actually being in iowa, i packed up and moved. he held in touch with me through my mom who still lives in wisconsin. and i sent him a record i obtained upon demand from the dmv stating that i didn't have evidence of residency and consequently couldn't aquire a drivers license since he stated that if i could not obtain a license to obtain anything written down from the dmv stating why. and anyways he approached my mother declaring that the judge apparently stated that it had been no-good. and today I've a bench warrant. i dont understand why. I am betting for failure to look. but why? he stated he can manage it without me and he'd been for around 3 different court times. and now with this specific table guarantee i dont know if i could be extradited to iowa or if it'll affect my job possibilities as I'm looking to get a job in south dakota. I'm attempting to contact my lawyer to solve this-but he wont answer my e-mails. and i wonder, could i be exctradited back once again to iowa with this guarantee? May my work possibilities be suffering from this guarantee? What goes on if i'm with my fiance (who includes a lead foot) and she gets caught racing and i'm with her when she gets caught? May they get me on that? i realize i should just do whatever possible to keep myself out-of trouble here but what else cn i do but what I'm doing today? iam calling my lawyer as that's exactly what the da within the region i was residing in iowa explained to do.
please response a.s.a.p. With a few solutions/info.
thank you.

Bench Warrant For Driving Without A License

Your lawyer stated he can manage it without you, but was evidently incorrect. What did he say when you asked him what happened, and why you've a guarantee? If e-mails are not finding a solution, get one of these telephone call.
I greatly doubt that you'll be extradited over a DWLS cost, but you'll continue being ineligible for a license so long as the out-of-state suspension is unresolved.
