Table Warrant

Postby Arnett » Sat Feb 15, 2014 11:44 pm

My problem requires an bench warrant in the State-Of California. I've had this happening for 6 years today. They maintain giving a guarantee on the signal or whatever it's that doesn't occur. I've had many police take a look at it and attempt to figure it out, just they've no idea what it's for. I'd a DUI 6 years back, visited court, did might work obligation times and anything. It appears to be some type of typo. The final official I spoke to stated he believed it'd anything related to child support, nevertheless i do not pay child support, my ex-husband does. So what can I actually do to have this looked after. I've previously spoken to someone in the court house in regards to a new court date as I'd a relative move and had togo out-of-town so I missed my court date. Because it appears to be a typo in the courtroom, so what can I actually do?
Thanks
Arnett

It seems your best option is to go to court and sort it out.
Alternatively, you could hire an attorney to sort it out on your behalf.
