My problem requires an bench warrant in the state-of: Arizona
If Your person were recenty (recently) convicted of the felony although not present for the reading of the judgment and a bench warrant was issued, may that person still use for an get yourself a passport? Might there be something to inform the company he applies for a passport at that he's a bench warrent and if that's the case would they be asked to detain him? Furthermore, if he can acquire a passport could he travel globally from the nation if completed within the next five daysapproximately? Do they just look for outstanding bench warrants when entering the country or do they perform exactly the same inspections when traveling from the country?
Thanks for the help. Oh, yet another thing...wouldn't it really make a difference if he captured the international trip out state in mexico-rather than traveling out in the US?

First of all it takes up to 90 days to get a passport, you just are not issued one on the spot and will he be checked for warrents at the passport office that issues them? yes of course, he wont be the first one to try and run off.
Will his warrent show up when he flies on internaional flights? yes but it is a mute point as he does not have a passport at this time.
