Dear Sirs,
please help on this problem.

A tenant who's not paying rent for 8 months, not paying for utilities what he's using & also not vacating. A request being sent thru police station in Tamilnadu Coimbatore. But the tenant who is a lawyer put false petition aginst the NRI landlord. Also placed a Injunction case against land lord mentioning false points. There is no paper agreement.
Actual request is for vacating is very old house leaking inside while raining & also weak electrical connection & old wiring. NRI want to construct new after demolition.
The Tenant got injunction, the land lords lawyer is not efficient the tenant have some friend ship with land lord lawyer. also Now getting back & asking to go for another lawyer. Need a legal help. Now the Tenant is creating other such problems like fighting with other tenants in the other portions. The other tenants are ready to vacate. The tenant is creating problem to NRI land lord parents who're staing in next to the tenant house.Reporting to police, the police is not taking action because the afraid the tenent is a lawyer. The tenant fighting with aged parents of NRI.What can the land lord do with out filing rent control act case against tenant? or filing tha Rent control how the NRI can run the case?

At the present state of affairs.it might take decades to get the land back, and the major benefit going in favour of the tenant having political clout. and even if can afford to wait and face all the legal hassles,you not sure sure to get proper justices

Better work out some settlement amicably.Otherwise you can still find someone who will be willing to buy the property on "As is Where is" basis with the tenants, and you may have to sell the property at a discounted price.Still you will be at gain only when you consider the fact, that some thing is better than nothing.
