Tenancy in common UK rights?

Of course not.

Any transfer of property or rights in property has to be in writing signed by all parties [LPA 1925].

Hi
NO this is not an option in the united kingdom it all has to be agreed by both parties.
we have seen many divorce cases where fraud has occurred because of this and forged documents.
