Theft At Wal-mart - What Must I Expect?

Postby Xenon » Fri Jan 03, 2014 5:44 pm

Criminal law is involved by my query for the Land of: New Brunswick, Canada.
Iam 15 yrs old and 2-three weeks before I was caught stealing from Wal-Mart. The purchasing cost of them was around $1.85. I was placed beneath arrest, my parents had been called and a court date was scheduled. I had been obtaining a youngster at that time of the occasion and we did kiss numerous times, although we have been not relationship. My parents completely prohibit relationship and I am uncertain regardless of whether this is raised in court.
I had been informed, from the officer, that 9.9/10 of juvenile theft court instances are ended. My court date reaches the finish of September.
Therefore, I've 3 issues:
1) Just how long prior to the court day could it be typically ended?
2) If I do check out judge what ought to I expect?
3) Could they note my male buddy?

Is what the police officer told me true? Are around 9.9/10 court cases of shoplifting cancelled?

Shoplifting At Wal-mart - What Should I Expect?

I seriously doubt that it's true. Why bother having the laws if you're not going to enforce them 99% of the time?
You're not going to get that easy an out. Time to step up to the plate and take responsibility for what you did.

1. I wouldn't count on it being canceled.
2. Fine/probation.
