This may sound funny but does bursting a pimple on my back, cause spinal cord injury or spinal cor infection?

I used a safety pin to burst a pimple on my back towards the small of the back in the center over the area where the spinal cord is, I popped a pimple, and I got rid of the pimple, but Im just curious and worried, does popping acne like this over the area where the spinal cord is safe, I didnt pierce the skin too deep but still, what are the odds of something like injury or infection taking place, please help

Highly unlikely since the pimple is on the skin surface, its possible to get a skin infection but it would never penetrate to the spinal cord level.
