Postby Cleary » Sat Jul 12, 2014 6:28 am

I own a bit of home in Mo. In the last couple of years the town has made adjustments to some capture container or storm drain near my home. Consequently of the change, the home is crammed constantly and it is regarded in a flood area. I approached many agents, all state the home doesn't have price and it is useless, because of these changes the town has created. Do I've any option? Any guidance?<br />

City Changes Have Made My Property Worthless. What Can I Do?

You'll have to contact a real estate attorney in MO. The details of what the city did and why may matter here as to whether you have any recourse.
