Traffic Ticket In Queens, Ny

I was issued a traffic ticket for an illegal U-Turn near Shea Stadium in Flushing, Queens NY. I sent the ticket in as instructed, but I've misplaced the document which was sent back to me with the court date to appear. Who can I call to retrieve this information?
