im 17 and i need out of my house.i live in orange county,I'd to stop my present work due to my mom.i understand i could possibly get my father to sign it,since my parents are divorced.i live with my mother which will be the worst error ever.this weekend i went out with some buddies and sheis like im likely to call the police if i do not call her back.i called her back ans she still called the police.when i got back home,she virtually explained to pack my things and leave.does that count?i simply cant get it anymore.i curently have A location to reside,its only I've to obtain another job.so am i in a position to?

If you have your mother's permission to live in another place, and your father similarly doesn't object, you don't need to emancipate to live there. What would stop you from getting another job?

my mom officially started me out.i actually have my sweetheart as evidence that she mentioned it.i understand my father accept it.i have a buddy and her mom is prepared for me to remain there until i graduate.iam not 18 until january.nothing is preventing me from obtaining a work,i simply need to discover another one.
