Nope it's the landlords business. But they have to make sure that they give a written notice in two months advance and to pay back any deposit held. Some landlords give extra as a good will gesture. But some tenants are quite annoying and refuse to budge so you have to take them to court and get a official eviction notice, you have to pay the legal costs.

dont see why not if the purchaser just wants to buy the property and continue with the same
situation as before.
i.e there will be no effect on the tenant.
