Underage Drinking

Postby Jerren » Wed Feb 26, 2014 8:09 am

My issue requires legal legislation for that state-of: Pa
Hi, I've a problem regarding what level of misdemeanor a quotation of underage drinking is in Pa. First, I've had 2 underages. The very first was when I was 17. Used to do function to possess it eradicated so I do not think it must maintain any importance on my issue. Our second was when I was 18, I was still in senior school and didn't have the choice of getting it eradicated. I'm 20 years old, they certainly were more than 2 years before, and I'm placing lots of thought in to the Coast-Guard. The Coast-Guard doesn't take a person with prison chargers, or 1st or 2nd level misdemeanors. The one thing I am aware about misdemeanors is the fact that they include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and small levels. Do these levels change from individual to individual?
Any help could be appreciated.
Additionally, I'm near to being 21 and I've been informed that upon turning old, you are able to receive expungement of prior underage alcohol beliefs. Does this hold any reality?
Cheers, Craig

Yes, I was.

I see that I was incorrect to assume that it was a misdemeanor as I forgot summary offenses even existed.

Thanks much for your reply!

You're talking about a conviction under this statute?
