I had been in a celebration--was consuming, and wound up sleeping. Everyone went outside along with a battle broke out. Law enforcement arrived & most everybody went. They started to enter the home once the woman who lived there stated they could not and that is after I woke up. I noticed beating and shouting and there is an officer attempting to push the doorway available whilst the woman who lives in the home was stating he could not move in and keeping it close. I did not understand what to complete, since I have have been drinking but was no further drunk. I simply stood there plus one of the officials mentioned when she let him in the home, he would not problem any seats. She then allow him in and he looked the home (I believe he believed that there were a lot of people hiding but I had been the sole additional one inside). Among the officials subsequently requested for my identification, that we offered to him. He read it over his microphone factor, however they received a phone. I expected him what he'd like me to complete, and he advised me they'd greater things you can do, remaining so that as he was strolling out stated that my solution could be shipped in my experience. There have been alcohol consumption within the family room exposed, but everybody that did not work was 21 yrs old and didn't get ticketed. Is it illegal for me personally to become around booze? They didn't breathylize me and that I wasn't clearly drunk. Our judge day is 7 days before I change 18, and that Iam unsure if I must beg not liable considering they've no evidence. On my ticket it says the following:

Description of violation: U/A Possess Consume Alcohol

also, they didn't check that I was a juvenile and They didn't fill in the name and address of parent/guardian if minor defedent. When you're seventeen don't they usually call your parents to come pick you up? Instead in that box it says 06-4916-D-4. ??? not sure???
